Howdy Stranger

My name is MusicIsABetterNoise and I have been a life long film enthusiast.  My first favorite films as a kid were The Wizard of Oz, Three Amigos, and Ghostbusters.  I have been going to one or two movies a week since I was about eight or nine years old, and since I was about ten I have been renting at least two movies a week, give or take, for the last eighteen years.  I consider my movie passion a continuing education, and while I did not study film formally at school, I like to keep up with film literature and culture as best I can.

I hope you find this blog informative and amusing.  I get asked constantly “what’s good out right now?” and I hope this blog can serve as a megaphone/soap box.
